My husband and I live in the DC area and wanted to capture cherry blossom season for our engagement photos. I was nervous about asking her to travel up for that, but she was so excited!! To your timeline: Weeks before wedding day arrives, Alayna will help you create a timeline for photography, which turns out to be very helpful in creating your personal wedding day timeline as well. She’ll take note of any specific shots you want and will even build in extra time so that if something goes wrong, you’ll still stay on schedule! And then there’s the great photography. For both our engagement and wedding photos, every photo is stunning and you can see the care she took both in the moment of taking the photo and after in the editing process. She has a sixth sense about when the light is most perfect – if she asks to pull you away for a few minutes on wedding day, do it!! It’s because she has a vision for something amazing!! My favorite memory will forever be my wedding day. Alayna & Casey were able to capture that day and those memories flawlessly. They were easy to get in touch with (I still communicate with Alayna often, her and her husband have become friends of ours) and they were always on time & ready to get started.
