Camera Ready Requirements
All ad materials must be submitted in digital format. Color or black & white proof must accompany digital file(s). No film please.

Software

The programs that we use are Adobe InDesign CS2, Adobe Illustrator CS2, and Adobe Photoshop CS2. We can also accept files in older versions of these programs.
All disks & art must be PC-compatible.

Image and color requirements:
  • All images in CMYK and saved as JPG, TIFF, EPS or PDF format with a resolution of 300dpi.
  • Color ads: all color in files must be CMYK values and set for process separation.
  • Supplied ads in such form that cannot be altered will be considered proofed by the supplier. TriadWeddings Magazine will not be responsible for any errors contained in these documents.

PDF files will be screened for errors with PitStop and ads may need to be resubmitted to correct these errors.

The publisher will bill for any work needed to bring materials up to specifications. Charges are based upon current market rates.
